My daughter paid $585 for four people to get their hair done and three for makeup for her wedding. Then she had to pay for a trial which cost $150. She came home crying it was so bad. Her face was orange and her hair was a mess! When we called to share our concerns that the artists did not do what she asked for we were told that we had to pay for a new trial. We made a new appt and two hours before the owner called and said that the artists did not want to do her wedding one week before the wedding! So unprofessional and disgusting. My daughter wears light makeup, very natural colors. The artist put black eye shadow and dark brown lip stick on her when she showed a picture of beige eyeshadow and an almost nude lipstick! I will never step foot in that salon nor would I recommend it to anyone! Not to be trusted!
Innovations Salon & Spa was recommended to me by some of my co-workers. I went online to read some reviews and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I felt welcome the minute I walked in, my massage therapist (Zach) was wonderful. I always felt comfortable, he asked if I had any concerns and I told him and he was very good at remembering what my concerns were....I will definitely go back....When I booked my appointment they were having a special, when I went to pay she told me how much and I was like r u sure and I mentioned the special when I booked it and she apologized and honored that price and said they were still training some new staff. Always had a smile on her face, was never rude.....I would recommend Innovations Salon & Spa to everyone....Thank you....

I use to love this place but recently I went and my hair dresser barely put color in my hair and it was nothing like the picture I showed him. The blonde was ashy and almost gray not a warm yellow blonde like I asked. It was in strips not natural..The way he cut my hair.. he dragged the scissors which created split ends and almost fried. Lastly I left with wet sticky hair, because another girl came in for a trim and then she asked to get color so I had to wait for her which is probably why my hair turned that color! Because I was waiting on him to finish her!!!(he should of had her schedule her color another time because it affected me and my hair which took 3-4 hours... when it shouldn't have!!!) Lastly he sprayed stuff in my hair and put me under a dryer. Made my hair gross and sticky!! What happened to having nice fresh blow dried hair??? I went to a new salon to get it fixed and it was crazy the difference! I actually got my $150 worth!!!
girl burned my friends scalp, ruined a shirt her mom gave her and had the audacity to charge her $640. I watched the whole thing.I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. Don't go, they will ruin your hair
