I recently broke down on the thruway just outside of Syracuse. After a recommendation from the tow truck driver, I left my car at First Automotive to be looked at once the shop reopened after the weekend. While First Automotive could not service my car (much larger issue through warranty), the team at First Auto was extremely helpful in coordinating a way to get my car taken care of through the Dealership as fast as possible. Graycen was always available whenever I had an issue, including allowing me to keep my car there as long as necessary, even though they would not be doing any work on it. If their customer service is any indication of the work that they do, this has to be one of the most reliable shops in the Syracuse area.
Honest, really helpful and fantastic service, they go above beyond to make sure you get your car back on the road. Also provide great prices. The best garage I have used in the Syracuse area.
I was referred by a co-worker and I'm glad I went. Great service! I had to get my NYS inspection completed and with a busy work and college schedule, it's been hard to find the time.
