This guy is the best! I was traveling on I90 and had a tire blow out on my trailer. I called everywhere and no one had one. Butch didn't have one but ran to a warehouse, picked me up one and when I got to his shop he fixed my rim (for free) and got me back on the road in no time! Best customer service I've had in a long time!!! Thank you !
I took my RV to Butches to have some major work done to important parts, such as the Emergency Brake, transmission etc. Could not be more pleased with the results. Though these repairs cost me a lot, they were done with what I consider to be honest professional workmanship, and considering what was accomplished, worth every penny. My "Go To" for auto repair in Syracuse......Butch is reliable and has serviced my vehicles for years. He knows what he is doing.. I have tried many other places around town for my business vehicles. He is not the cheapest, but when you consider he "gets it right" the first time, with out the poor diagnostics that end up costing the customer extra money, he is indeed the best price. He has worked on my vehicles on at least 12 occassions and every time the necessary repair has been corectly diagnosed, and executed. I have not once, had to take a vehicle back because he did not get the job done correctly. DEPENDABILITY.........................!
