Its a great store great prices they have everything only one down fall one of the managers is a royal jerk and started a big seen in the store over something petty so my wife purchased a gun for 1400 dols and I was with her and they wanted me to put the gun in my name cause they thought she was buying it for me when it wasn't so I told em I wanted my money back and they tryed to say they don't carry that much cash on hand so all together it took 2 months to git back 1400 dols I had to call corporate office and git a check so be aware he also was screaming and yelling at me and my wife cause we wanted cash back other then that great store they lost a 1400 dol sale but no biggie got a better gun elsewhere
This location has some of the best customer service out of any big box retailer I've been to. Every employee is friendly and knows right where hard to find items are at. I used to go to Home Depot or Lowes for odd hardware items but this store has become my go to due to their nice selection, fair prices, & way better customer service.
This store is well stocked with just about any thing you might need you can get with one stop ! From Sporting goods to hardware they have just about anything you might be looking for and the prices aren't bad either !
If I could give zero stars I would. I took in a Honda self-propelled mower that needed "factory authorized" repair work done to stop an oil leak. It took a month and a week to get it back from the Clay store, who send it to the Rome, NY store for the work. After 3-1/2 weeks when I checked on it, the girl said she would check on it an get back with me. No call. Later after 4 weeks, I checked again and all I got was lots of excuses. Finally when I got it back, NOT ONLY DOES IT STILL LEAK OIL, IT RAN FOR ONLY 60 SECONDS, SHUT DOWN AND WON'T RESTART. I am amazed with the incompetence. DON'T GET YOUR REPAIR WORK DONE AT RUNNINGS!
