My fiancé bought gas and a drink from this Sunoco only to be told that he sucks by one of the employees while walking in to buy said drink. The reason my fiancé “sucked” so badly was because the guy had to put his cigarette out to go and cash him out. God forbid he does the job he’s getting paid for. I get smoke breaks and whatever but it’s the dead of night not much is going on and the two minutes it took for him to cash my fiancé out wasn’t going to affect his life so much that he felt the need to make a rude comment. I’m going to assume this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Being in customer service for as long as I have I feel that maybe, just maybe it’s time to either teach proper customer service to your guys or get a new one. We didn’t catch the guys name but he was anywhere from 5’8-6 ft brown hair and skinny. Maybe someone should tell him exactly how much his attitude sucks.
The only reason I’m even giving a star is because I can’t post without one... yes I am that person today.
