I WAS a long time customer. Called and was told they would be out the next day. One week later they said they just got the part in and would be out the next day. Called back 10 days later and wAs told that they would call me right back. 6 weeks later still no call. Never returned one call. If you don't want the business say so up front. Don't make empty promises. I used Pool Surgeons and they were polite, returned calls and made a timely professional and courteous repair.
Horrible. They are scam artists, constantly ripping people off. The last straw for me was when I requested a service call for 2 things. The woman that put in the work order only put down one of the items that needed to be addressed, and then they showed up 100% unprepared with NO equipment to do the job. They had to go back to the store to get the equipment and then half-assed the repair. The actual repair took them 10 minutes, but they charged me for a full hour of service. They charged me $135 to NOT do everything I requested and be rude to me while they were at it. I called Cannon, they came prepared, fixed what the Cool Waters guys didn't bother to do properly and then some, they only charged me $90. Save your money and go with the better business. Additionally, when asking questions at Cool Waters, I felt that the employees had never actually even seen a pool in their lives.
I don't know what's going on there, if they're truly incompetent , or its all an act, all I know is they were attempting to almost charge me 3 times for a one day rental. Thank god I insisted on a hand written receipt when they told me their printer was down. Edit: the manager contacted me and agreed with my assessment Uhaul is doing this on purpose (I am not the only person with this experience according to him, and he doesn't bennifit from price gouging, and is considering dumping them because it's not worth the headaches ) HIS employees and a Uhaul rep could not correct the bill when I was renting, I demanded a hand written bill and thank god I had, because when I dropped off Uhaul fought tooth and nail for every overcharge, despite being aware of it from the previous call. Without a hand written receipt saying one day rental, $100 cash deposit I would have been told to go pound salt, th r y tried DESPERATELY even with it!!!!
They are always so helpful and nice and don't mind my questions
Worthless. No idea how to run a business or take care of customers. Can't even be bothered to order items paid for in full. Rude dismissive people answering phones. I'm done. Give me my money back so I can go somewhere else.
