Seems to be hit or miss for adequate assistance. Reurns area usually very good, very slow in appliance area.
A great, large and clean Lowes Home Improvement store. Great deals in the sales section and always well stocked shelves in every other department. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Aisles are well lighted but can be a bit cramped if two or more carts trying to pass lol. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception. Huge parking lot, very well lit and plenty of carts. Never had a problem here.
Don't bother coming here; just go across the street to the Home Depot instead. Just came in to get some MDF board; wandered around until I found it. Had 3 guys in lumber avoid eye contact and dart the other way. Stood in front of the 4 x 8 sheet I needed (sorry, can't exactly carry it with a toddler in tow). Nope, dodged again. Had a few other things in my cart and I'm sorry I bothered to purchase them. Even the lady at the register didn't seem to care I said no when she asked the standard "Did you find everything you need?"
Terrible customer service. Was planning to buy a water pressure car washer. Called to make sure there was one available. They said they had it on hold. Went there and they said they ran out. Drove 30 minutes to get there. They want me to drive down to Auburn from there. It is "close" the lady said. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Rather go to Home Depo. Wish I could give it zero stars here.
They seriously need a zero star option. I asked where something was and was told its in the next aisle as the sales representative sat at the counter looking at his phone. When I could not find what I was looking for I asked another sales rep, he directed me to the same area. I came back to the guy after looking again and asked he show me. He responded by saying 'if it wasn't where I said, we don't have it.' He acted like I was bothering him. I went to Home depot and ask for the product in question. The sales representative said I am not sure if we have that. he walked me over to where it would be, and then determined they did not sell the product. He then said we have an alternative that will work just as good if not better. So i bought that. The lazy people at Lowes work on Sunday at the desk in the back left corner near the windows and doors. this is the second week in a row they were very unhelpful. Last week they talked amongst themselves for 5 minutes about stuff unrelated to work while I waited for them to ask me for help all along knowing i was there. Pathetic.
