Awful. Find somewhere else to go.
Never received a call that my doctor left the practice and they didn't follow up with me to ensure my medication refills were conducted properly. When I called to have them refilled, the on call doctor wouldn't refill. Why put someone on a medication that you cannot stop taking cold turkey without concern?
if you get to North Med urgent care at 7 am when they open I'm usually out by 7:30 am
Calling to get an appointment is a joke. They KEEP you on hold for 15 minutes EXACTLY. 15 minutes is a long time to wait to be told "oh, we don't have any appointments"
And when your physician leaves the practice? No notice either. You just get "oh, they don't work here anymore...I guess we can transfer you to someone else."
WHEN you can actually get an appt, make sure you show up 30 mins early and be prepared to wait 15-20 mins AFTER your scheduled appt time. I know they are busy, but in any other business, customers would flee for the hills. They are all nice there, but entirely too busy and overwhelmed. I go once a year for a physical and it always takes most of my day, which is ridiculous.
Worst place ever, I will look for another doctor. They have no consideration for any of their patients, I arrived the 15 mins early like we are asked to, sat in the waiting room for an hour, then they take me back to the room and make me wait another 30+ mins, I stormed out of there I was so angry about having to wait that long, my appointment was at 2 and Sat there till 330ish and left because I wasn’t even seen yet. This is unexceptable and this place should be closed down for such poor service. I didn’t even want to give any kind of star, there should be a negative option because I would have rated them a -10. Absolutely ridiculous......
