I have been with this State Farm agency for over six years. Every time I have had to call for anything, the service has been great. The agents are friendly and really want to help. Our rates are also great. I would highly recommend this Insurance company.
Completely disorganized group of people....had my credit card stolen so my credit card company called me and gave me a new card...few days later state farm calls me and tells me that my credit card wasn't going through so i gave the lady my new credit card info...told me i was all set...month later get pulled over and was told i didnt have insurance...called today and lady said no one ever inputted my credit card info and it was not their fault because i shouldve been more proactive about the whole situation and as a result they werent willing to rewrite me a new insurance policy which is a complete blessing because i just called gieco and i get road side assistance and more coverage for 70 dollars less a month, which i never had from state farm....not to mention i have 3 properties with state farm and every time i ever gave them any kind of information they always seem disorganized when another person was working there....for example gave rich all my info about the house i just purchased, he took everything down gave me a price then had another guy named john call me and he re-asked me all the same questions that rich already asked me and tried bumping me on price, and didnt honor it until i flipped out...it said to say all of this because ive never written a negative review but after everything that ive gone through with this agent; i would never ever want anyone else to go through the same problems
Bad experience with agent. Had to switch everything to a other State Farm agent and some products I took to a different company
Have used Rich's firm for 5 years now, the cost is great, the coverage is great, and the service - I've been working with John there for the last few years, and he has helped me through several projects that have required policy changes and communication w/ legal, accounting, and client organizations, and he does it all on his own, it's like having an outsourced insurance department, highly recommended
