Being new to the area, and this being the closest dry cleaner to my house, I decided to give it a try. I went in and asked about same-day service. I was very rudely told that same day service needs to be in by 9am. It was 9:05. I then explained my situation and asked if there was anything that could be done. Very rudely again she said "Well, I have to check with the owner and he's in the bathroom, so you'll have to wait." I waited and to his credit (even though I never saw him personally) he said he would bring it down. I was told to come back at 4:30.
My stuff finally arrives and I notice one of my pieces is missing. I ask about it, she checks, and I'm told it never came back. I ask if there is any way she can get it for me since the reason I needed same day service was because I needed it for tomorrow. She then gets extremely rude with me, raises her voice to me and says "it didn't come back, there's nothing I can do! What do you want me to do?!" I promptly paid for the stuff that did come back and left. I will not be returning.
It's 4:30 so I go back to pick up the items. I was told they aren't back quite yet. I said that was fine and that I'd wait. Then I was told "I have no idea how long it's going to be" in a tone that made me feel as if I were bothering and inconveniencing her by waiting.
Called me about $85 in the pocket of my pants. Coulda have kept it and I would have had no idea. Pleasure to deal with

THE PRICING IS RIDICULOUS! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND CANNOT EXPLAIN PRICING.
The pricing of services are expensive.
