I have been using Charles Heating for several years. I have my furnace serviced twice a year via their club, and I must say it is a fantastic value! My most recent experience, November 17th was exceptional. Henry was on time, courteous, neat and professional. He walked me through the results of my service and assured me everything was in good working order. I would definitely recommend Charles Heating to anyone and everyone!

The guys at Charles are great! Every experience with them, from the initial estimate to the followups for changes I wanted, the sales rep was there every step of the way. When it came to install John, Brian, and Rich were top notch. They were punctual, clearly very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. The were all very personable and treated my project as if it was their own home. As a fellow contractor, I am not easily impressed by other contractors work, but they exceeded my expectations in every way! We will definitely be working together again on future projects!
We recently had our annual heating service conducted by Charles HP as part of our club membership. It was a very positive experience for us. The window of time we were given for the service to be done was 9am-10am. He arrived promptly at 9 o'clock, identified himself as Rick, covered his shoes and immediately got to work. He was very professional, courteous, and offered to answer any questions we had. He completed a thorough review and check on both our furnace and A/C compressor. He also made a few suggestions on using the humidifier. Nice job.
John Notaro was exceptional in answering my MANY questions regarding the sump pump he replaced for me. He too was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their quick response.

Rick was my Furnace Service Tech on 10 October 2017. He performed the seasonal service check on my furnace and replaced the water drain box. I was very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. Very knowledgeable about my furnace and found a crack in the water drain box which he repaired by replacing the drain box.
And will continue to call Charles for all of my heating, air and plumbing needs.
