Officer Sean Pierce helped my wife and I check our new car seat, install it, and instilled an absolute wealth of knowledge on what to do/what not to do with everything involving a car seat. He was exceedingly patient, and he not only told us what to do, but went in depth on the reasoning behind everything. This is an extremely valuable service, as he has spent a week in training to become certified in this field. Thank you officer Pierce and Liverpool PD!
