The teens run up and down the street spitting and swearing I'm smack dead surrounded by alcoholics,druggies,pervert, child molester hmmm but it's "A nice place to live" like hell its a joke !!
At night you get odor of Seward smell, there's other trailer parks where the lot rent is only 380.00 this is overpriced some have mortgage on top of lot rent I for see lots more moving out of this hole!
This place is trash all these so called workers do is drag race with there lawn mowers or just sit on corner on cell phones I see it all the time! There's no landscaping here at all! So why is the lot rent so much now! I can see if it was a nice descent place but it's not!
Managment is not really useful and they do not take care of the park in the manner needed. Playground is kinda a shady place i will not let my kids go there and there is more often than not broken glass scattered around the play area.
My mother loves here, her neighbors are very nice, and everyone seems to get along nicely add a community, just needs so tender live and care...And paint.
Been here since 2013 and they have raised the lot rent from $525 to $585 with nothing to show for it as far as improvements to the park. We were promised a new pool and playground 2 years ago and STILL waiting to see that happen. The clubhouse is big and free to use for residents with a $150 deposit check which is returned to you if the clubhouse is clean and undamaged when the key is turned back in.
Maintaince men are lazy as hell all they care bout is pulling over in empty lots smoking being on cell phone in meantime they could be mowing !
There's no pride in this park like you state on lease you take pride in the neighborhood blah blah!
This place is Hell on Earth!!! The only thing Nice is the people in the office!! I lived there for Four Months!! If it wasn't for my Family getting me out of there, I would Have Snapped!!!
