Really great service and amazing staff. I've always felt heard and my dog and cat are both very well taken care of. They remember my dog as soon as we walk in the door. You pay for that level of service though. Definitely not the cheapest vet care you can find.

I have had 3 Dogs and 4 cats throughout the years that have gone here. I was so blessed to find them!! I was a 2 other vets before landing here and my gosh they were HELL compared to LVAH! They are so sweet, knowledgeable, and could honestly give 2 hoots about upselling. They give you options and compassion. Best vet in CNY
Recently i had a dog pass and choose to have Liverpool animal hospital handle the cremation instead of my usual vet, they where $100 Dollars cheaper, AND i got the ash's back in a VERY nice carved wooden box. Liverpool animal Hospital Also did a clay paw print, where most places will ONLY give you ink on paper unless you pay $30-$60 more. I am Very Pleased to say that They will be my surviving dogs, cats, and hopefully my reptiles new vet(not every vet is an exotic reptile vet).
The staff at Liverpool Village is incredible! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they always treat my dogs as though they truly care. One of my dogs has a potentially life-threatening disease, so treating her is typically a very stressful, upsetting experience. However, my vet here always discusses her treatment with me in an honest, straightforward way (without being unkind), which makes our visits easier and much less stressful for me. I am so happy we found Liverpool Village.
