The building was undergoing some renovations inside when I was there last (09/18/17), so the hallway walls were in an unfinished state and it smelled like paint and stuff. Having the ac/fan in the room on reduced the smell in the room, but people with a sensitive sense of smell may want to inquire about the status of their renovations before booking a room.
Good hotel. I have stayed here for over a couple weeks for work. Great staff, fair rates. Great hotel that always fresh baked chocolate chip cookies waiting after work. Very clean and well managed hotel
Please stop making the eggs with the fake cheese. Just do a plain scramble egg ...And offer both the bacon and the sausage. Also new fee on credit card is not mentioned from 3rd party booking... love the jacuzzi other than that great place to stay for a good price
I was able to get a room upgrade at check in with no trouble and the breakfast spread is expansive for a continental breakfast!
This hotel is fine for a quick cheap hotel but don't pay over 60-75$. It's under construction. The room was very noisy from the highway next to it. You can hear your neighbors and doors slamming. The one positive was that they have a nice free breakfast with make your own waffles and other continental items. The hotel is not a best western level value. Think motel feel.
The free breakfast was okay and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
This is a great mid range hotel! Very friendly staff and great amenities! They are in the middle of a renovation but there was no disturbance whatsoever with our stay.
I appreciate the location of this hotel. It is not far from the highway, but it feels kind of secluded. When I'm in Syracuse for business, I prefer taking some extra driving time to get to this hotel rather than staying right in the downtown area.
