Attended a birthday party in one of their ballrooms. Hotel was clean and nice. Very convenient location right off the thruway. One recommendation would be a diaper changing station in the men's bathroom.
Spent 4 days at a motorcycle convention back in August 2017. Good location just off the NYS Thruway for easy access on & off the highway. My overall experience at the hotel was pretty good. My only complaint is the bathrooms were to small.
At a conference, staff when present was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. However, meals served were cold and not very tasty as they should have been hot to begin with. During meetings it was difficult to find staff to get water for tables. Facilities were very clean though. Bathroom too. Did not stay overnight so do not know about rooms.
The king suite was a major let down, small everything. The sink counter has a cut out corner section so u can have a toilet in the almost closet sized bathroom. The shower is tiny and severely dated with poor drainage. The hot water didn't work at all in the morning. No microwave, walls are super thin u can hear everything going on next door and all up and down the halls. The blankets are hospital quality (the same ones u get for the price of the most basic hotel room), breakfast is not included. There were five different big events at this hotel in the two days I was there- clearly they have the money to fix the huge disappointment of a hotel they are running. Will not be booking here again! Will say it is clean, and the staff is top notch- as is the food. With some adjustments this could be a very nice establishment. If u have to stay here book their cheapest offer cause u get everything the same in the king suite.
