I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were professional, friendly, clean, experienced, and everything you want in a groomer. Plus they have so many cute products, even sizes for my 100 pound puppy! Love them!!!
I find it very hard to find a groomers that I would trust with my pet. I have brought my Cat here a couple times now to get her nails trimmed. Every time I have been to Furrever Friends Pet Boutique and Gromming Salon, the staff has been extremely welcoming, professional and you can tell that they all care for your pets like their own. I would definitely recommend them!
Let me tell you, they really did an amazing job. I can't imagine how they escaped with their lives, let alone trimmed his nails. I'm so amazed I had to get on and write a review. He looks beautiful - his coat is fluffy and white, mat free, and they got rid of his fleas.
Took my dog here for the first time last weekend as this was the first choice from just moving back here from Ohio. Worst experience I've ever had. His appointment was at 11am, when I called to check on him at 1:30 they said they hadn't even started on him yet, then I called at 4 to see what the status was and they said I could pick him up. The cut was so uneven and they didn't even touch his tail or his legs. Got home and found out that my
I brought my mother's cat in today for Sheena to groom. I warned them the cat was fractious and not afraid to scratch and bite. The staff assured me they were experienced with this sort of thing and not to worry. It took a half an hour just to get him in his cat carrier - I was worried he would shred to staff to ribbons!
I would like to give a great review to this company. Not only did they do amazing work but when I needed an emergency flea bath, they opened up and took us right in. I am all about giving money to local businesses instead of corporate businesses. I would highly recommend using this company for all your animals needs. We used Jessica for all of our animals grooming and she did an amazing job and always has gone above and beyond what you're supposed to do.
I am extremely happy and impressed with furrever friends in Liverpool. I have a black lab (7 yoa) and German shepherd (6 yoa)and dropped them off at 8 and they were ready by 10. My shepherd can get very anxious but did wonderful and was comfortable with the staff. They both got a bath, brush and blow out, ear and teeth cleaning, and nail trim/dremel done. The amount of dog hair they got off the dogs is impressive. Very pleased and will definitely be bringing my doggies back here on a regular basis. Also the pricing is very reasonable and I feel confident that they will keep my dogs safe at all times.
There. So out of the 5 hours he was there, seemed like only one hour was actually being worked on. Obvious rushed job. Never coming here again.
