People in the grooming area are great. People upfront have no dog skills. My dog pulled her tongue back in her mouth when the manager was going to pet her. The manager acted like my dog tried to bite her. If you're that skiddish around dogs. You're working at the wrong place hunny.

My dog is fear aggressive with other dogs. I have to have him do the quick bath and groom. He always sees Amanda and I've had no problems once he established that he knows her. He always comes back clean, nails trimmed and no marks on his body. She treats him with patience and I like that.
The people here are always smiling and upbeat. Very willing to help customers. I feel valued here.
DO NOT GO HERE. PetSmart has repeatedly lied about the pets they've sold. They sold me a pregnant guinea pig after saying that they only had female guinea pigs in the store. Many of the rabbits at the store are also advertised as being spayed despite being way too young to safely be spayed. The employees are completely misinformed on pet care while still believing that it's safe for someone to buy a rabbit to hide in their dorm room. People who breed animals (part of the problem) shouldn't be involved in the adoption of rescue pets. The employees would rather listen to the advice of someone who keeps 35 rabbits in their home, isolated in single wire cages than the advice of multiple vets and professionals. Please stop giving this store business before an animal is seriously hurt.
