Myself and my children have been patients for a little over a year. We hit a tough time since my husband was in the hospital. The receptionist called me in regards to an $18 bill while my husband was in the hospital. I told melody (I think that’s her name) it was not the time since my husband was currently hospitalized and her response was “well this is a business and you need to pay your bill” I told her my $18 bill was not currently a concern because my husbands health was more concerning to me. She didn’t seem to care. While I understand it is a business and I did have a balance her customer service skills are lacking and her compassion. For that reason is why I’ve given a 2 star rating. Dr. Saini is a great dentist and has awesome bedside manor, as well as her dental assistants, but I would reevaluate your snobby receptionist who made it a point to give grief over such a small bill when I’m dealing with a sick husband. I will no longer return to this office because of that.
I had alot of work to get done to save my smile, my insurance was less than par and after visiting many other dentist I stumbled across Dr. Saini. She is by all means the best dentist , with the best side manner in the area I would recommend her and her staff to anyone in need of any dental work.
Great experience! Friendly office, and quick response. We are happy to call ourselves new patients to such a wonderful practice. Our girls enjoy going to the office to see the dentist for a change. They are seen as nice and fun instead of scary. Thank you for treating our girls so well!
Love this dentist and whole staff. Melody the receptionist always been fantastic and professional. Love to come in to welcoming receptionist. Very personable. Don’t know situation of lady below me, but know I lost husband to cancer and still paid our bills. God grants no passes on our debts. Prayers for you and your husband. Grandkids are not afraid of going to dentist at all when they go here. Heen (sp?) is gentle and I always leave feeling extra clean.
Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3+ years and my teeth were badly damaged. They were very nonjudgmental and helped me get my teeth back to be beautiful quickly. Only two months later I have my beautiful smile back. They are great at getting you in for appointments as fast as you are available and they are very affordable. Again, highly recommended.
