I spent a lot of time and money at this office. I was not permitted to enter the exam room during any of her treatments. I have been told now that this is not common practice and parents should be present.
My daughter used this dentist for 3 years, we relocated due to work and needed her files transferred ASAP due to a broken tooth. I and my new dentist were told they had no records for my daughter and they must have been deleted? and my insurance company was getting a reimbursement
Way over-priced, too many reasons to list but stay away...insurance probably only covers a portion of the visit and they are NOT an in-network provider for tricare meaning they charge way too much for their services and tricare only pays a portion of the charges
It is extremely difficult for my new dentist and daughter not to have any records or dental history. While the office and staff are pleasant, I'm lead to believe that there is something not correct about this practice.

They are amazing in everyday. My kids love them, there great about being on track with kids an parents. Wouldn't go any place else.
