One of my teeth fractured and the dentist tried to put in a gigantic filling, which never held up. A few weeks later I went in for a crown. It was my first crown ever, and nobody told me until after the procedure that I was getting a temporary crown put on until I got the permanent in 3 weeks. Both the dental hygienist and the dentist avoided addressing my questions and concerns before the procedure as well. When I asked what eating restrictions I would have, the dentist told me the hygienist would tell me after the procedure. I am a medical professional and I never start procedures without educating the patients first and answering their questions. To top it all off, the dentist started drilling into the wrong tooth at first and now it hurts.
I had a terrible tooth ache. They took me right in removed my tooth and billed my insurance. I never felt a thing. Excellent job!
