I purchased a sectional sofa with four reclining pieces . On the first day one of the electric recliner's stopped working. Did I mention that they forgot to give me the electric connections and I had to go hv get them. When delivering they ripped the back of one piece. When I mentioned to the receptionist I was told they could do nothing since it was on sale. Fast forward I am down another recliner. I called and they sent me up the ladder. Again nothing they could do. I questioned who does there repairs so I could get them fixed. I was informed you would contact me within 48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks. So much for costumer service. Why would I ever recommend your store?

The sales manager named Anthony helped me on my first time buying a new mattress and I couldn't be happier!! As somebody with social anxiety, I get incredibly anxious dealing with sales people because they are often pushy and make me feel very uncomfortable. I had a great time shopping there and it made a huge difference that Anthony made me feel so at ease being there so I could make a stressless decision! :)
