WARNING!! Do not buy any protection plans from value city furniture. They do not stand behind their products effectively even when you pay them to do just that! The furniture I purchased was a mistake, I knew it was poorly made furniture when I bought it and thought purchasing the service protection plan would motivate them stand behind their products and sales. When the poorly made springs started poking through they told me they will fix it in 3 MONTHS. This is a hazard to my children and any guest in my house and they want to blow it off for 3 months as if the safety of my family is no concern to them. This business has no values and doesn't deserve to carry that word in their name. Waiting 3 months for any business to carry out their end of a deal is completely unacceptable to any consumer in any retail store.
VCF is HORRIBLE! We bought a sectional the claimed was GENUINE LEATHER. It was BONDED LEATHER, which is ground up pieces glued to cloth. We contacted their 3rd party warranty company that took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, then THEY postponed it another we. It's now 5 weeks and they told us today we need to wait another 14-17 days for an answer. THAT'S 2 MONTHS ON MESSED UP FURNITURE!!!!
I would strongly advise anyone in the market for furniture to consider well made used furniture over cheaply made new furniture purchased with any protection plan. In the long run well made furniture weather it be new or used is the better way to go if you plan on keeping furniture longer than a few years.
We decided they are the worse furniture company ever with a garbage warranty company so we just spent $6,000 across the street at Raymour & Flanigan on a beautiful TOP GRAIN LEATHER SOFA/LOVESEAT to replace our sectional since VCF can't get their act together. They sell you and RUN with your money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed. Recently I bought an adjustable bed and mattress. I do not like the mattress. I thought they had a 30 day policy only to find out that is when your mattress is over $999, mine was $699, so I could not do an exchange. My total purchase this time was over $2,000. They didn’t seem to care that I was a repeat customer, have purchased several items from them in the past 3 years to include a couch, chair, headboard to name a few items. Will never buy again from them.

Do not buy from Value city, We bought a Moto sleep power bed from them had it for 8 months, motor went on it, they sent someone out to fix it , guy said need to order the parts be here about 6 to 8 weeks, part never came in we keep calling the store and corporate, now the are trying to say it is up to us to order parts, and it's not, have 10 yr warranty they are suppose to take care of any problems we have with it, when u call to talk to a supervisor they put u on hold and never return to the phone, this place is horrible never deal with them again, I advise u not to buy from them, terrible customer service
