Depending on the day, you could find what you need or be left wanting. This showroom is about pushing the latest trend instead of offering varied selection for taste. You will get options on a style if you find one that you like. But if you're looking for something outside their limited styles you may be left hanging. And watch out for the sales folk . A few are helpful, but several are not. Don't hesitate to switch your salesperson if they aren't helping or connecting with you. The store is nice and clean. The people that I worked with were great however, I was told I would be able to get them to move my Click Clack (couch) when I got a new place. I was just told unfortunately there is no such policy. With this item being very large and me being partially disabled, I think there should be something in place for this. I know more people would be pleased and continue to be returning customers. This item was $1000 at the time and there was a warranty purchased. Oh yeah and we purchased a rug as well. So After spending a lot of money there, and the Click Clack residing in the same place as Delivered I now have to find someone with a large enough truck or trailer to move it. Also hoping it doesn't get damaged as I have no clue how to take it apart or put it back together.
